To show I understand that usually I would have to seek permission, I have written a letter showing what I would write. -
Dear Sir/Madam
As part of our A2 media we are recreating a shot for shot music video as our preliminary task. Can you please confirm that you give us permission to use "Hello". Obviously if we do not hear from you we will take that as you have not given us permission.
